<p>Disclosed is a power generation system in which system linkage is achieved by connecting in parallel an engine generator system, an external power source system and a capacitor. The power generation system can be constituted conventionally without changing the existing engine generator system construction and without changing the provision of a separate circuit. A power generation system can therefore be constituted in which system linkage can be achieved efficiently without great expenditure in terms of labour. A power generation system (10) in which system linkage is achieved by connecting in parallel an engine generator system (10a), an external power source system (50a) and a capacitor (14) is provided with stoppage means (Q4) that stops DC voltage control for controlling the DC voltage (Vc) of the capacitor (14), if power (Pa) from a generator (12) is being supplied to the capacitor (14), when the power (Pe) supplied by the external power source (50) is smaller than the required power (Pd) that should be supplied by this generator system (10).</p> |
