PURPOSE: A wire inspection type dispensing method and a wire inspection type dispenser thereof are provided to execute a dispensing work only for a good product by determining whether the wire bonding of a product has a defect. CONSTITUTION: A transfer rail(11) transfers a product, which is continuously supplied from a loader(20), to a unloader(80). An image camera(30) takes a photograph of each product on a lead frame(L). A control part(70) determines whether the wire bonding of an LED device has a defect by analyzing an image transferred from the image camera. An optical scanner(40) comprises a light source part(41) and a photo diode(42). The image camera, the optical scanner, a pump(50), and an oven(60) are installed in a line. |
