PURPOSE: A tool is provided to improve confidence with a client by using a tool which stipulates implied behaviors that a client and business establishment should obey it. CONSTITUTION: A tool has a different thickness. The tools are arranged in a base part(10) at a uniform interval. The tool represents a corporal punishment. The tool is detachably fixed to the base part in a horizontal direction. A display part(14) displays behaviors which are not allowed in business sites. The display part is arranged in the lower end of a tool which represents the corporal punishment. Things, which are not allowed between clients and business sites, are classified according to relative importance. Little fault behaviors are arranged right below a thin tool.
