PURPOSE: A carbon-carbon composite material manufacturing device for directly sticking the strengthening carbon base material to an extended carbon fiber is provided to prevent the waste of the energy by the omission of an impregnation process and a carbonization process. CONSTITUTION: A supplied carbon fiber in which an extension unit(600) is provided is expanded. A transfer unit(200) transfers the provided carbon fiber. A processing unit sticks the strengthening carbon base material in the transferred carbon fiber by using reinforcing carbon base substance. A sticking unit(400) pressurizes the conglutinated carbon fiber at the high temperature. The fixed part sticks the strengthening carbon base material and carbon fiber. A winding unit(500) collects the carbon fiber.
