POLYMER MUTLILAYER COATINGS INCLUDING CATIONIC PH-SENSITIVE POLYMER AS BIOMATERIAL AND THEIR SYNTHESIS

PURPOSE: A polymer multilayer for biomaterial of pH sensitive polymer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which reduce cytotoxin of the pH sensitive polymer. CONSTITUTION: A polymer multilayer for biomaterial of pH sensitive polymer is manufactured by: a step of washing a substrate; a step of spreading cationic polymer aqueous solution and anionic polymer aqueous solution by turns; and a step of manufacturing a polymer multilayer by repeating the spreading step more than one time. The spreading step are repeated 2-10 times.
