PURPOSE: A composite heat-reflective insulator is provided to enable construction convenience to be drastically increased due to light weight since most of its inner parts are formed as an air layer due to a multi-layer heat-reflective structure or a multi-layer structure. CONSTITUTION: A composite heat-reflective insulator comprises a first surface layer(10), a multi-layer heat-reflective structure(20) and a second surface layer(30). The first surface layer is formed of a nonflammable material. The multi-layer heat-reflective structure is deposited on the first surface layer and a plurality of aluminum plates(21a,21b,21c,21d) are deposited in a separated state by an insulating member to form an air layer between the aluminum plates. The second surface layer is deposited on the multi-layer heat-reflective structure and is formed from a nonflammable material.
