PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a metal-based organic radical framework is provided to ensure selective separation ability and to improve stability to heat, air and water. CONSTITUTION: A metal-organic radical skeleton has a structure of chemical formula 1all([M_x(LIG)_y(SOL1)_z]·pSOL2·qSOL3·rSOL4). In chemical formula 1all, M and LIG are ligand each containing metal and radical; and SOL1, SOL2, SOL3, and SOL4 are independent solvent. The framework has two pores with different size. A gas storage apparatus has the metal-organic radical framework. The gas is oxygen.
