PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the fastening torque constant, and to improve the durability and the operational reliability.SOLUTION: In a cap, an inner cap 10 having a female screw 13 and the outer cap 20 are assembled in a relatively turnable manner to make inclined claws 15, on the outer circumference of the inner cap 10 correspond to projecting parts 25, on the inner circumference of the outer cap 20. The outer cap 20 is turned in the fastening direction. When the fastening torque of the inner cap 10 reaches the predetermined value, the claws 15, are elastically deformed to cause the projecting parts 25, ride over the claws 15, so that the outer cap 20 is idly turned thereby. |
