PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the illuminating mechanism of the pointer part of a dial switch simple in constitution, in an on-vehicle switch.SOLUTION: This on-vehicle switch includes a fixed display, a dial holder 10 having the pointer part to be adjusted to the required position of the fixed display by rotating along the fixed display, a substrate 7 rotatably mounted with the dial holder and fixing a light source 16 to a rotational center position, a light guiding L-shaped lens 15 installed to the pointer of the dial holder. The L-shaped lens 15 is formed into a vertical part 15a extending to the other end on the substrate side from the tip of a pointer surface of the dial holder and a horizontal part 15b with the tip opposed to the light source 16, extended to the rotational center along the substrate by bending from a vertical axis. |
