PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser device for suppressing lowering of output due to optical dust collection.SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser device includes a semiconductor laser element 301, a supporting body 302 mounted with the semiconductor laser element. In the semiconductor laser element, a translucent member 303 is bonded on a light emitting surface via a silicone oil modified member 304. Thereby the semiconductor laser device for suppressing lowering of output due to optical dust collection is produced. |
