PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent oil from flowing into a robot controller irrespective of a directional change of an installation state.SOLUTION: A plurality of first ventilation holes 7, first cylindrical parts 8, and first flanges 9 are formed at a filter outer plate 5 of a filter 4. A plurality of second ventilation holes 10, second cylindrical parts 11, and second flanges 12 are formed at positions arranged to be in opposite directions with respect to the filter outer plate 5 and a filter inner plate 6 and not to be overlapped with the first ventilation holes 7 at the filter inner plate 6. A length obtained by adding the length of the first cylindrical part 8 to the length of the second cylindrical part 11 is longer than a facing distance between the filter outer plate 5 and the filter inner plate 6. The first flanges 9 and the second flanges 12 are formed not to be overlapped with each other as seen from the opposite directions with respect to the filter outer plate 5 and the filter inner plate 6. |
