PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an addition reaction-curing silicone adhesive composition which provides a cured product layer that can be delaminated from a release film by a slight releasing force and has a strong adhesive power to a silicone rubber; and an adhesive tape using the composition.SOLUTION: The addition reaction-curing silicone adhesive composition includes: (A) a specified diorganopolysiloxane which consists of (A1) a straight chain diorganopolysiloxane having two or more alkenyl groups and (A2) a straight chain diorganopolysiloxane having terminal SiOH groups and no alkenyl group; (B) a specified organopolysiloxane which has M units, Q units and siloxane units having SiOH groups; (C) an organohydrogen polysiloxane which has three or more SiH groups; (D) an addition reaction controlling agent; (E) a platinum group metal base catalyzer; and (F) a specified organopolysiloxane which has T units and D units. The adhesive tape includes a base matter and a cured product layer which is laminated on at least one side of the base matter and consists of the cured product of the composition.
