PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an ATCU (Automatic Transmission Control Unit) which is excellent in reliability by suppressing the amount of protrusion of an adhesive and preventing a resin from peeling.SOLUTION: The ATCU is constituted by molding with a transfer mold resin 1: a substrate 4 mounted with a plurality of electronic components 2 and having a circuit pattern; a terminal 3 for connection with an external circuit; a bonding wire 7 for electrically connecting the substrate 4 and terminal 3; a lead frame 6 for dissipating heat generated by the electronic components 2 mounted on the substrate 4 to outside the transfer mold resin 1; and an adhesive 5 for fixing the substrate 4 to the lead frame 6 and for electrically insulating and thermally connecting the lead frame 6 and substrate 4. A substrate-4 adhesion surface of the lead frame 6 has a slope 62 so that the distance between the lead frame 6 and substrate 4 increases toward an end of the lead frame 6, and a groove 63 is provided at a peripheral part of a reverse surface of the lead frame 6 so as to prevent the adhesive 5 from being forced out and spread on the reverse surface of the lead frame 6. |
