The present invention relates to a process for making up and/or caring for keratin materials, in which a composition is applied to the keratin materials, and especially to the lips, this composition containing, in a physiologically acceptable medium: a) a siloxane resin comprising the following units: (i) (R13SiO1/2)a (ii) (R22SiO2/2)b (iii) (R3SiO3/2)c and (iv) (SiO4/2)d with R1, R2 and R3 independently representing an alkyl group containing from 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an aryl group, a carbinol group or an amino group, a being between 0.05 and 0.5, b being between 0 and 0.3, c being greater than 0, d being between 0.05 and 0.6, a+b+c+d=1, on condition that more than 40 mol % of the groups R3 of the siloxane resin are propyl groups, and b) at least one non-volatile oil with a viscosity at 25° C. of less than or equal to 30 000 cPs.
