In a laminated structural body, at least two thin pieces, each of which is composed of a structural body having a conductor layer and a dielectric layer laminated therein, are laminated such that the layers intersect each other and that the edges of the conductor layers face each other with a gap therebetween, and the laminated structural body is cut along a dividing plane that passes the intersecting section of the layers or the vicinity of the intersecting section and divides the intersection angle of the layers, thereby manufacturing a probe. A magnetic head is manufactured using a magnetic material layer as a conductor layer.
