The invention relates to the novel materials of formula (I), where: Z is an optionally substituted –O-, -NH, Ncycloalkyl, or Nalkou N-phenyl; n is 0 to 4; R1 is H, Hal, hydroxyl, alkyl, or alkoxy; the alkyl or alkoxy radicals being optionally substituted; R1 can be a phenyl group fused with the phenyl having R1 to form naphthyl; R2 and R3 are H, Hal, or alkyl optionally substituted by one or more halogen atoms; and R4 is H. Said materials can be in any isomeric form and the salts thereof, and are intended for drugs, in particular as AKT(PKB) phosphorylation inhibitors.
