A touch screen, which includes a frame (101) and a touch interface (102). It also includes: an area light detector (103) which is disposed beneath the touch interface (102) and is configured to detect the invisible light reflected by the object which locates on or is close to the touch interface (102); a flat light guide plate (104) which is disposed beneath the area light detector (103); and an invisible light source (105) which is disposed in the side of the flat light guide plate (104). The touch screen is a completely new touch screen. It has high detection precision, and a broad market prospect.
