PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for collecting advertisement statistics using an electronic sign pad are provided to collect and totalize the advertisement display degree by transmitting advertisement identification information corresponding to an outputted advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A sign request receiver(121) receives signature request information from a payment terminal, and a signature information input unit(122) inputs signature information from a client. An advertisement selector(123) selects an advertisement according to the received signature request information. An information transmitter(124) transmits the advertisement identification information corresponding to the selected advertisement and the inputted signature information to the payment terminal. An advertisement output unit(125) outputs the selected advertisement.
