PURPOSE: A solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the mobility and the conductivity of a current flowing along the surface of a rear electrode by forming the grain of a rear electrode layer, adjacent to the lower side of a light absorbent layer, to the a or b axial direction of a crystal lattice. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(110) is formed on a substrate(100) through a sputtering process. The grain(115) of the rear electrode layer is grown to the a or b direction of a crystal lattice by radiating electron beam toward the rear electrode layer. A light absorbent layer is formed on the rear electrode layer. Buffer layers(140, 150) are formed on the light absorbent layer. A front electrode layer(160) is formed on the buffer layers. |
