PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect an anti-reflection from external contaminants by forming a protection layer on the anti-reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: A top substrate(600) is formed on a solar cell. A polymer layer(700) is formed on the top substrate. A protection layer(800) is formed on the polymer layer. A solvent including metal oxide particles is coated on the polymer layer. The substrate coated with the solvent is thermally processed. The protection layer is comprised of a thin film made of metal oxide particles. |
