摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a bioabsorbable tissue implant with little mesh displacement using a mesh-shape reinforcing material of a coarse mesh size.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the bioabsorbable tissue implant includes a step in which: the mesh-shape reinforcing material comprising a bioabsorbable resin is laid over a surface of a substrate; sol of a bioabsorbable polymer is flowed and spread on the surface of the substrate; a film of the sol where the mesh-shape reinforcing material is submerged is formed; the film of the sol is gelatinized and dried; and the dried film is peeled off from the substrate. Further, the contact angle of the surface of the substrate to water is 60 to 90°. The jig has a frame body comprising a frame making one round on a plane, an elongate comb-shape body, and the substrate arranged parallel to the plane in the frame of the frame body and detachable from the arranged position. The comb-shape body is arranged along the longitudinal direction of each frame, and the mesh-shape reinforcing material is arranged on the face of the substrate with the net of an edge part of the mesh-shape reinforcing material inserted in comb teeth so as to fix the interval of the net of the mesh-shape reinforcing material.
