PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, a control method and a control program for thermal spraying gun which allow uniform thermal spraying to be performed at all times on a surface to be thermally sprayed irrespective of the shape of a workpiece.SOLUTION: A controller 14 recognizes the shape of inner circumferential surfaces (surfaces to be thermally sprayed) of base materials such as cylindrical parts 51 to 53 which are input beforehand. Subsequently, the controller prepares a teaching coordinate which presents a moving locus of the thermal spray gun 10 for maintaining a fixed distance for the surface to be thermally sprayed according to the shape of the inner circumferential surfaces. Subsequently, three points in the prepared circular teaching coordinates are set and the vertical direction for a tangent with respect to the circular arc on the point of the center of the three points is set as the thermal spraying direction. Subsequently, while subjecting the whole of the thermal spray gun 10 to revolving movement along the teaching coordinates, a gas spraying nozzle 35 is subjected to turning (autorotation) movement around an arc generation point 35. |
