PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that is integrally provided with an information recording medium for RFID application without decrease in strength and that can achieve individual information management by non-contact communication using radio wave or electromagnetic wave as a medium from starting of manufacturing to final process.SOLUTION: The structure 10 has a substrate 11 that is formed with a hard resin having a tertiary curved surface, and an inlet 12 that is buried in a portion forming the tertiary curved surface of the substrate 11 along the curved surface, and a base material configuring the inlet 12 is a film-like or sheet-like hard resin base material, and a void that penetrates through the base material in a thickness direction is provided at a center portion of the base material. |
