PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital mixing circuit and a mobile terminal equipped with the same, for reducing a circuit scale and current consumption.SOLUTION: The digital mixing circuit includes: a plurality of frequency conversion sections for converting a sampling clock frequency of each sound data of a plurality of sound data including at least voice as a sound source; at least one mixing section for mixing the plurality of sound data which are converted in the plurality of frequency conversion sections; a noise shaping section for performing noise processing on the plurality of sound data which are mixed in the at least one mixing section; and a conversion section for converting the plurality of sound data on which noise processing is performed in the noise shaping section, to analog signals in order to output it as sound. The frequency conversion section converts sampling clock frequencies of the plurality of sound data with the same value of the input sampling frequency in the noise shaping section. |
