PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein conventional warning systems have a difficulty in meeting needs of both power users and managers of power use, because warning relating to power use or control of turning off of an electrical device is performed, based on the determination standard of either power users or managers of power use.SOLUTION: A warning system enables setting of a first standard value relating to warning for each warning device by controlling a center device and also enables a user of a warning device with high awareness for energy saving set by the user a standard value whose level is higher than that of the first standard value as a second standard value. Namely, the warning system can meet needs of both power users with high awareness of energy saving and as managers of power use. |
