PURPOSE: An organic electronic device, a manufacturing method thereof, and a solar cell module are provided to prevent an organic material layer from being damaged by preventing the exposure of the organic material layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic material layer(16) is formed on a substrate. A cover plate blocks the inner space with the organic material layer from the outside by surrounding the organic material layer. A sealing member(18) is interposed between a substrate and the cover plate to seal a space between the substrate and the cover plate. Fillers(15) covers the organic material layer to prevent the exposure of the organic material layer. |
