PURPOSE: A management method for using a mobile card in an oversea member store and a system thereof are provided to enable a card issuing company to issue a coupon which can be used in a specific mobile card member store on an MNO, thereby obtaining advertisement profits. CONSTITUTION: A roaming terminal(110) receives a corresponding coupon from an oversea MNO system(120). A domestic MNO system(130) receives oversea location information of the roaming terminal from the oversea MNO system. A coupon server(140) transmits a coupon related to the oversea location information to the roaming terminal. A card payment server(160) pays card costs of the roaming terminal by the corresponding coupon of a mobile card(112).
