PURPOSE: A device is provided to remarkably reduce test time by automatically executing an ultrasonic inspection process when a retaining ring is rotated. CONSTITUTION: A rotational trolley part(2) is rotatably installed in the outer periphery of a circular retaining ring(1). The rotational part includes a plurality of trolleys. A control device(3) controls the rotational speed and direction of the rotational trolley part. The rotational trolley part includes a measuring trolley(21) having an ultrasonic sensor and a driving trolley(22) having an electric motor. The rotational trolley part includes a variable trolley(23) having a latch that is capable of controlling length, a length fixing trolley(24) which comprises the remaining part of the entire rotational trolley, and a wheel(25).
