PURPOSE: A method for handling handover between radio access techniques for effectively constituting constants is provided to apply a UE setting about wireless link failure timers in UE. CONSTITUTION: A UE(User Equipment) performs a handover process for handover to a wireless communication system from the other communication system(402). The terminal receives an RRC(Radio Resource Control) access resetting message(404). The UE sets up the wireless link failure timer according to specific configuration parameters within the RRC access resetting message(406).
