PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage control circuit which holds a predetermined voltage over a long time by reducing a leak current.SOLUTION: The circuit includes: a plurality of capacitors; a first switch provided corresponding to each capacitor to alternatively connect each capacitor to predetermined node; and a reset transistor which resets the node in accordance with a reset signal and can apply a back-bias when the reset signal is not supplied. Thus, the leak current is made minimum and the predetermined voltage is held in long time. |
