PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method performed by a healthy person and a challenged person together.SOLUTION: The cleaning method is for the work performed by the healthy person and challenged person together to determine the cleaning work. The cleaning work includes: a step for investigating a place to be cleaned; a step for selecting the work to be performed by the healthy person only; a step for performing the work together with the challenged person; a step for performing the work by the challenged person only; and a step for determining a time schedule for further cleaning. The step for performing the work by the challenged person only includes the cleaning place where chemicals are not used. Further, an operation sheet prescribing the cleaning work, including the step for inspecting a place to be cleaned, the sept for selecting the work to be performed by the healthy person only, the step for performing the work together with the challenged person, the step for performing the work by the challenged person only and the step for determining the time schedule for further cleaning, is provided. |
