PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load elevator controller which prevents a hoistway from becoming chimney state in the occurrence of a fire, and surely prevents a door closing operation during loading and unloading of a load.SOLUTION: The load elevator controller includes a fire detection switch 13 installed at a building; a car load detector 3 for detecting a car load; and a photoelectric device 5 for detecting the presence or absence of an obstacle at an elevator gate while the door is open. When the elevator door is held open upon detection of the obstacle by the photoelectric device 5, the fire detection switch 13 is operated, and upon detection of an unload state by the car load detector 3, the door closing operation is started to completely close a car door 4. |
