PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition using plant-derived raw materials and having high flame retardancy, good heat resistance and physical properties, and a molded article from the same.SOLUTION: The flame-retardant resin composition contains: (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polylactic acid and/or a lactic acid copolymer; (B) 1-100 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin; (C) 1-100 pts.wt. of a styrenic resin; and (D) 1-100 pts.wt. of an organophosphorus compound represented by formula (1), wherein Xand Xare the same or different and each denotes an aromatic substituted alkyl group represented by formula (2), wherein AL denotes a 1C-5C branched or linear aliphatic hydrocarbon group, and n denotes an integer of 1-3. |
