PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing member and a microwave heating furnace capable of restraining leak of microwaves and gas from around a rotating shaft member while allowing thermal deformation of the same.SOLUTION: The sealing member 4 restrains leak of microwaves M and gas G from a gap between a through-hole 209b and the shaft member 70. The shaft member 70 has a shaft body 701 and a flange part 700. The sealing member 4 is provided with a circular holder 43, made of a conductor, intercalated between a wall member 209 and the flange part 700, and fixed to a periphery of the through-hole 209a on the surface of the wall member 209, a first circular microwave seal part 40, made of a conductor, arranged on an inner periphery face of the holder 43, and in sliding contact with the shaft body 701 in a radial direction, a second circular microwave seal part 41 made of a conductor and in sliding contact with the flange part 700 in an axis direction, and a circular gas seal part 42 arranged on an inner periphery face of the holder 43 and in sliding contact with the shaft body 701 in a radial direction. |
