PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating varnish curable with ultraviolet ray-emitting diode, which has sufficient drying property by the irradiation with an ultraviolet ray having a peak wavelength of 350-420 nm, emitted from an ultraviolet ray-emitting diode light source, and by which printed matter rich in flexibility is obtained without causing yellowing in the printed matter.SOLUTION: The coating varnish curable with ultraviolet ray-emitting diode includes: 15-80 mass% of an amine-modified acrylate; 15-70 mass% of another ultraviolet ray-curable monomer and/or oligomer component, and 5-15 mass% of an acylphosphine oxide-based polymerization initiator. |
