PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar heating element having an opening that is excellent in positional accuracy.SOLUTION: The planar heating element includes: an electrical insulating base 1; feeder electrodes 2a, 2b that are formed facing each other on the base 1 by means of screen printing and that allow comb-shaped connection electrodes 5a, 5b to be alternately branched therefrom; and a high molecular resistor 3 being subjected to screen printing with overlying the feeder electrodes 2a, 2b, wherein a part in which the feeder electrodes 2a, 2b of the base 1 and the high molecular resistor 3 do not exist is subjected to markings 9, 10 for forming opening parts, and the opening parts 7, 8 are formed according to the markings 9, 10. |
