PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunk-through part structure of a seat back improved in quietness of an occupant room by preventing the intrusion of sound into the occupant room from a trunk room.SOLUTION: This trunk-through part structure of the seat back is provided with a lid 17 freely opening-closing an opening 16, by forming the opening 16 in the seat back 2 for communicating the occupant room 14 with the trunk room 15 in the rear of the occupant room 14. An opening trim 28 having a seal 26 pressed to the flange 20 of the lid 17, is fitted over the whole periphery in a peripheral edge 16S of the opening 16.
