PURPOSE: A device for visual inspection of the FDP(flow distribution plate) bolts of a steam generator is provided to inspect damage to a fastening bolt by guiding a camera and an endoscope to the fastening bolt. CONSTITUTION: An endoscope guide portion(7) guides an endoscope to a fastening bolt. The endoscope guide portion is formed by consecutively combining a plurality of links(9). Each link has a guide hole, a tensile wire hole, and a control wire hole. A wire is penetrated through a control wire hole to control the direction of a direction conversion apparatus. A main body(8) controls the insertion position and length of an endoscope guide at a steam generator.
