PURPOSE: A differential input buffer is provided to constantly maintain a response speed by controlling the current quantity according to the variation of the power voltage. CONSTITUTION: A differential input buffer(100) comprises a comparator(110), a current quantity controller(120) and a controller(130). The comparator outputs a signal to amplify the voltage level difference of a differential input signal by using the power voltage for an activation time of an enable signal. The comparator includes first to fifth transistors(M11-M15) and an inverter(IV11). The current quantity controller controls the current quantity of the comparator in response to a control signal and includes a sixth transistor(M16) commonly connected to the drain of the third and fourth transistors. The controller controls the voltage level of the control signal for varying the driving ability of the current quantity controller reversely in an opposite direction to the level variation of the power voltage. |
