A wire drawing device comprises a wire supply unit, a wire take-up unit, a first capstan mechanism unit, and a second capstan mechanism unit. The first capstan mechanism unit has a plurality of first capstans, one first rotary drive source, and a first rotary transmission mechanism unit for transmitting the rotary drive force of the first rotary drive source to each of the first capstans. The second capstan mechanism unit has a plurality of second capstans and a plurality of second rotary drive sources for rotationally driving each of the second capstans separately.
