PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device having a plurality of control segments is provided to simply improve a cost favorable for electrostatic characteristic and legibility in disadvantage illumination status. CONSTITUTION: A middle plane has at least one conductivity assistance layer(9). The assistance layer is connected with sheltering potential in high frequency status. The assistance layer is connected to the sheltering potential and capacitive status. The connection of capacity state is formed as a condenser.
