PURPOSE: A method for producing a resin composition, the resin composition, a reflection plate, and a light-emitting device are provided to restrain the occurrence of a bite failure by uniformly distributing a filler to a resin composition. CONSTITUTION: A screw(102) is disposed in a cylinder(101). The screw is configured so as to be a screw with a positive direction thread relative to a direction of extrusion at a downstream part from a downstream feed port(107-3). Kneading sections(103-1,103-2,103-3) are disposed on the screw. By disposing these kneading sections, it becomes possible to knead the thermoplastic resin and the like with efficiency fed to the inside of the cylinder and therefore the dispersibility of the fillers can be improved. A motor(104) is connected to the screw through a transmission. Thereby, the motor can rotationally drive the screw and the transmission can adjust a rotation speed.
