PURPOSE: An electronic brake device with a gear assembly is provided to generate power required for the brake without increment in the volume of the entire device by increasing the torque of a motor for the brake of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An electronic brake device comprises a disc(1), a brake pad(2), a motor(3), a transmission unit(10), and a pressing unit(20). The disc and the brake pad brakes wheel by rubbing. The motor generates the rotation driving power. The transmission unit increases the rotation driving power of the motor. The pressing unit compresses the brake pad to the disk with the power increased by the transmission unit. The transmission unit comprises one or more worm gears.
