FUSE STRUCTURE AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fuse and a fuse structure are provided to prevent the thermal deterioration and corrosion of the fuse by connecting a common node to a circuit connection unit through a contact and physically separating a plurality of fuses. CONSTITUTION: One pair of fuses among a plurality of fuses(310,320) are arranged in a first direction. A plurality of common node are included between each pair of fuses in a second direction at right angles to the first direction. One pair of fuses are connected to the common node through different contact(350B). The contact is made of conductive materials with different thermal conductivity.
