PURPOSE: A gear train of automatic transmission for vehicles is provided to improve power transfer performance by forming a planet gear set with a two clutches and four breakers. CONSTITUTION: A fourth rotation element(N4) is directly connected to one rotation element of a third planetary gear set(PG3). A fifth rotation element(N5) is selectively connected to a transmission housing(H). A sixth rotation element is connected to an output gear(OG). An eighth rotation element(N8) is selectively connected to the fifth rotation element. A tenth rotation element(N10) is directly connected to the second rotation element.
