PURPOSE: A foldable Ringer's solution stand is provided, which facilitates separation or assembly of a Ringer's solution stand and prevents rapid fall of a regulating rod. CONSTITUTION: A foldable Ringer's solution stand comprises: a fixed bar(10) standing erect in a transportable leg; an adjustment bar(14) which is inserted on the top of the fixed bar in the longitudinal direction and in which a Ringer's solution bottle hanger is equipped in the top; a fixing member fixing the location of the adjustment bar; and a fall prevention unit(30) which is inserted into and assembled with the inner middle portion of the fixed bar and comes into close contact with the adjustment bar.
