PURPOSE: A cutting device for a machining apparatus is provided to maintain a high cutting force of a circular saw blade by removing foreign materials trapped in the blade grooves of the circular saw blade with a brush. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device for a machining apparatus cuts a work piece with a rotating circular saw blade(10). The circular saw blade is composed of a shank part(11) and a blade part(12). A mounting hole(13) is formed in the central portion of the shank part The blade part is formed in the outer circumference of the shank part. A non-friction surface(100), which is thinner than the shank part, is formed from an end of the blade part to the position adjacent to of the mounting hole.
