PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor relay module for facilitating the maintenance of the shape of a translucent resin, which enhances high-frequency characteristics, and seals a luminous element and a control element, in a desired form.SOLUTION: The semiconductor relay module A is equipped with: a semiconductor switch 1 which consists of MOSFETS 11, 12 having source electrodes connected to each other and is provided on the middle of a signal transmission path 110 for a high-frequency signal; a light emitting diode 31 for emitting an optical signal in response to an input signal; a control IC 32 that has a photoreceptor for receiving an optical signal from the light emitting diode 31 and controls ON and OFF of the MOSFETS 11, 12 in response to the output of the photoreceptor; and a translucent resin 8 for resin sealing the photoreceptor of the control IC 32 and the light emitting diode 31 while they are optically connected. The control IC 32 is disposed on a land 132 that diverges from a conductor pattern 113 that constitutes the signal transmission path 110, and an LPF 4 is inserted between the conductor pattern 113 and the land 132. |
