PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid operation stop and consumption of target air in regeneration with a simple and low-cost construction and prevent freezing at a suction port side of regeneration air and the outer periphery of the same even when ambient temperature falls.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a dehumidifying device including: a dehumidification path 5 dehumidifying the target air 300 of a target space 200 by passing it through an adsorbing part 3 in an adsorption zone 1 by a dehumidifying blower 4 and then returning it to the target space 200; a regeneration path 8 regenerating air 500 for regeneration by passing it through the adsorbing part 3 from a regeneration zone via a regenerating and heating means 7 by a regenerating blower 6 and then discharging it outside of the target space 200; and a return path 13 making external connection between the regenerating blower 6 and a temperature detecting means 9 and between the adsorbing part 3 and an exhaust opening 8b, wherein a control part 600 controls open and close of an opening and closing damper 11 provided at least downstream of an exhaust opening side connection part 21 according to temperature of the air 500 for regeneration sucked into the regeneration path 8. |
