PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve peptide synthesis chemistry, specifically improving deprotection in solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS).SOLUTION: The method for carrying out synthesis of peptide comprises application of microwave irradiation to the deprotection reaction and simultaneously deprotecting an Fmoc-protected amino acid with piperazine.
